Presidential Pools ALWAYS has great service!

We had a small pool installed by Presidential, after some back and forth uncertainty with the sales team. We were assigned Gary Brooks as our construction project manager. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and always responded with answers and solutions. As far as I'm concerned GARY is the Pool PRESIDENT of the Valley. Great job! 👍

the subcontractors were fantastic... the management / job supervisor was absolutely terrible and the rest of the management team was poor at best... poor communication, left hanging around all day waiting for replies and schedules worker who never showed up and the forewomen never called back like she said she would to update me... over and over again... tiles for the pool steps never were deliver to right people in time so they were not installed... lies about features... i was talked out of very specific features i wanted and now it is to late to and the i am very disappointed our pool doesn't have a lit spillway... i was told that the pool lite would be more than enough light.... NOT... you can't even see the entire wall of the spillway...i had to fight with them to put in the french drain that was included in contract... the forewomen decided on her own that i didn't need it... and she moved the pool equipment that the plumber said could have gone were we wanted it with no problem and there was no reason to move it... i would not recommend them unless you hire a lawyer first...
